Who “Let Go” of the London Superstar Central Cee!

They say that hard work beats talent any other day, but what they don’t tell us is what happens when you have both. As has been the case with London rapper Central Cee, who likes to be associated with drill sounds as much as he doesn’t, it is never easy to read the direction he is about to take, and maybe that’s what keeps all ears open and the paparazzi following in every direction as they try to connect the dots and solve a puzzle!

Widely acknowledged as one of the most dynamic rappers and stage performers of all time, Central Cee pre-figured both the drill and the futuristic rap and has been able to build a legendary career filled with both critical acclaim and fanatic cult success. There are never-ending migrations when it comes to this budding rapper’s style of music; some of his icon albums, such as “No More Leaks” and “23,” have cemented his status as a true music innovator.

His double-edged latest single, “Me & You,” displays why his type of style is still as great as ever. While on “LET GO” think in the direction of Passenger’s “Let Her Go”- at least on the intro with Central Cee’s voice on it!

Let it build charismatically and just when you are about to think this man stole Passenger’s entire song and made it his own, get mesmerized, it is at that moment that he wears his armor-coated lyrical attires, the ones you might have been accustomed to and off he goes…bar to bar, blow to blow, exuding an A-Z inspired rhyme scheme in a straight-forward and gangsta-hurt type of way.

For all the critical acclaim and critics, with an ear-grabbing performance as this, it is hard, near embarrassing to argue with the statistics; and right now the statistics show that this is a certified masterpiece worthy of critical praise- learn to live with that!
